Hi Eugenia! You don't need any special equipment to can your sauces - what we do in Poland is put the jars filled with your sauce into the oven set to 120-130 Celsius degrees for around 30 mins. If the sauce is hot, you put them into an already hot oven. If the sauce is cold - you heat the jars with the sauce in the oven and start the 30 mins count down once it reaches the 120-130 degrees. It really works!

I like Instant pot a lots. it is multi purpose for canning, to make yogurt, preasurre cook beans for better digestion.... etc. The insert is stainless steels ..

The easy way to peel ginger is to use a teaspoon, much quicker than a knife.

You should not save your own seeds from pumpkin, melon or cucumbers ❤ When you grow them all together the bumblebees are mixing all of the varaitys.. when you grow thoose seeds for next year and get your harvest, you can actaully get sick from eating them 💔 i'm sure you can Google for more information. but the seeds we buy are controlled and safe to grow ❤ wish you the best autumn 🍁 greetings from Sweden 🌾

Exactly 💔 But when you buy seeds they are strictly controlled. You can reade more about it in Google, but one of swedens biggest garden bloggers and garden youtuber told this in a video. it's all kind of cucumbers, pumpkins and melons. You can get really sick so read before you take seeds yourself and stay safe 🧘‍♀️🌌

does the thuringiensis need to fulfill special requirements that you are looking for? it is readily available in Germany. for example in the very popular gardening product Neudorff Xentari Raupenfrei. (pure and large quantity products are also regulated there hough and only sold to professionals)
