Great to see Nasi Lemak in #39 (that's where I'm from). You should try "buah keluak" or "buah kepayang" or scientifically called Pangium edule. A seed that is found in the mangrove. There is a lot of preparation need to process it before able to use it as an ingredient. Cook as a stew like dish with chicken or pork. Definitely, my dish to eat before I die.
