That would have been amazing. When I was in college, waiting tables one night, my high school choir teacher came in near closing time and sat at my table. He was with a professional choir that he was director of and at the end of the meal he invited me to sit down and then they sang a gorgeous Christmas song just for me. They were the only table in the restaurant and their singing filled the entire place. It is one of the most amazing moments of my life. In 1995 or so my Father had severe medical issues and thought he would die soon. He listened to this song several times a day and it helped him be at ease. He recovered but had a stroke 15 years later. He partially recovered and got his life adjusted to his new reality. He was the greatest Father I could have asked for and a genuinely good man whom everyone loved. I lost my Pop in August of 2019 after 3 years of caring for him. I played this song as he lay unconscious and dying in a hospital bed when we had been talking just 12 hours earlier. Though unconscious, I could swear he smiled. He died peacefully within the next hour (even the nurses watching through the window said they never saw a more peaceful passing). It was like we were telling him it was OK to leave us and be with Jesus. It was like the song told him it was all OK and that he could move on and be with his Creator. I'm in tears right now. I'm so glad I wasn't on that plane. I'd have cried and ruined it for everyone. Well sung. Thank you for the memory. Bitter, but sweet as well. I hope you all get to meet him one day.

Some people would like it. Other wouldn't. Don't be so dramatic about it, everyone like what they want. In real life, like you said, nobody would agree on everything and that's okay.
@greengangsta125 жыл бұрын
Appalls you? I genuinely don't enjoy the song or their singing, it's alright but if I was tired as fuck and on this plane you can better believe I would ask them to shut the fuck up kindly, this is actually incredibly rude of them there is absolutely no care for any other passenger. Lots of people on there probably did not enjoy that, there is a time and a place for everything a plane is NEVER the time or place for this, traveling is stressful as fuck. The last thing I want is a plane filled with people screaming at the top of their lungs giving me a headache. Yeah sorry no, I'll buy a ticket to a performance if I want to hear it.
@OutlawNix5 жыл бұрын
Another reason someone might not want a group of people singing on the loud side on a aircraft could be. Maybe it's someone first time flying which by it self is very stressful cause they never done it before. On top of that maybe they have a Anxiety issue which is being triggered for one reason or another. Just perhaps up to this point they was able to some what hide that stress but are on the edge. Then a casting crew thought it was wise to start singing on the loud side adding even more stress to them. I would not see this being a problem if they wanted to sing some where on the ground. Since people who did not want to hear it for one reason or another could just walk away. But when you are in a aircraft 30,000+ feet in the air it's kinda hard to walk away from it.
