Now that's full range! Right at the sole of your shoes. Very strong, mate. Keep it up!

What program are you running at the moment? Are you doing Bugenhagen Bulgarian Lite or something else?

The last 6 months has been instinctive training, splitting my body up into different sections with different goals. For example, if I’m chasing heavy goals with my legs/back, the rest of my body will be in a light/Body building/hypertrophy/nucleus overload cycle. A bit difficult to put into words but for the most part, just balanced training. Focusing on strength in some areas of my body and hypertrophy in others. Different phases of training for different goals!

I gotcha! I think I'm doing something similar. Are you training every day or every other day?

What’s the point of the deficit. I’m new to this lol
@hildebrandspencer3 жыл бұрын
Great question! Short answer: making a lift harder rather than easier will have more carry over to your “regular” lifts. Example: To get a high handle trap bar deadlift stronger, for the most part, you just have to try harder. Now to get a deep deficit, low handle trap bar deadlift stronger... you actually just have to get stronger!

Can someone explain what deficit means in training? Would be much appreciated
@hildebrandspencer6 жыл бұрын
It’s a term used to describe the distance below a standard height lift. For example, this is a mega deficit because the height of the bar is equal to the bottom of my shoes, which would be 5 plates lower than a regular trap bar deadlift.

Thats a bad idea because if that somehow slipped out of his hand that would damage the ground specialy that being 420 lbs
