I've always said that Aaron is a great actor, but Chas... she is just, brilliant.

My heart broke for Chas when she confronted Gordon. When she said "He was our little boy and he was helpless" I cried. Lucy Pargeter was phenomenal in this scene - her portrayal of a mother trying to come to terms with something so horrific and confronting the man she once trusted was incredible.

I love British Soaps!! Hollywood soaps would take two f***ing years to get to this point. I am like a kid in a candy store. Five whole parts!!!

I am so loving Chas right now I cant tell you....And Gordon is using the the standard line of every child molestation "you have known me my whole life I am straight" child molestation is not about orientation it is about power and control

I love the make up in Emmerdale. In many movies/TV-shows people who have been crying for days looks like nothing has happend. They look perfectly alright. In this show they really look like they been crying for hours! :O

okay like i am so glad chas believed aaron form the getgo. those who knows aaron knows he wouldn't just make up something liek this to get his dad to stay away? aaron would have gotten physical or scheme up another way to get him out not make up some sick thing about him being rape.
@infinitesprings9 жыл бұрын
+greymushroom1 Yeah and if anyone one knows Aaron they would know that he's actually not that good at manipulation! He's more of a front attack sort of person, and he is so emotional and wears his heart on his sleeve that when he is trying to hide someone, everyone knows he's hiding something, that something is wrong! They may not always know what it is, but it's obvious to everyone that something is going on with him! The character of Aaron is actually more of an open book than pretty much anyone in that town! Plus Aaron cannot act, and there is no way anyone could act out the confessions he made to Chas and Robert! The amount of pain in his voice, in his face and eyes! Nobody could have made that believable if it hadn't of happened! Especially a guy like Aaron! I don't even know how the actor playing Aaron was able to do it! Obviously he had to dig up some pretty painful stuff of his own to be able to convey that with such reality!

If I didn't hate Gordon so much, I'd almost fear for his life. Being straight is the poorest excuse, Gordon. Rape is about power, it very rarely has anything to do with sexual preference. And how well can you ever really know someone? That means nothing.

ok so Gordon seems fairly convincing that he didn't do it, but he doesn't deny that it did happen. Maybe just maybe he allowed a friend or similar to do it.

have a question. for ,a ,rape or an abuse to happen so long a,gain,, how can t,hey charge him? i dont know much about these things but wouldn't they need evidence or something ?
@susysoutherland989 жыл бұрын
idk for sure. in america witnesses have a lot of pull and it all depends on the grand jury and the DA if they want to take it to court. I know rape is 7 years before they can no longer get the person arrested. I think it is different for child molestation.
