great deals!!! too good to be true..!? specially the house/unit for 1.4 mill baht! great!!! a good clean and then u really have a nice home..! just wondering, why so cheap even its only leasehold and of course 6400 maintenance still need to pay.. and nobody staying/living there?? looks so "abandoned"... but really nice

Everything was really maintained as far as the grounds. They also have a van that will take you into town. It's just on the edge of town. I was impressed.

hello sir, I'm planning to move to Southeast Asia soon, and as part of my research, I'm curious about the reliability of the power grid. Could you tell me how often, if at all, power outages occur in Thailand?

I have never experienced a power outage here. Thailand is pretty advanced in most areas. Much better transportation system than in the US. You really don't need a car in most places. Internet and power are very reliable and are less expensive.

I think you need a certain income however they have several new options. It's best to talk to a professional when you come to visit. Stop at a visa office or immigration attorneys office. They often wont charge for the consultation. Good luck on that , Don't just take the advice of youtubers as those requirements change often.

Great question, I was told that you can but you either need to lease the land or form a corporation. I recommend you talk to an attorney or an expert in that field to confirm this..

All of those places are perfectly fine except for some cosmetic finishes. These places are for sale, not for rent. Buy your own furniture and pay someone to clean the units. The first place was $42K, the second $75K, and last one was like $36k? What do you get for that where you live? #smh
