Achieving a unachievable record or OKR is a double edge sword. Staffs earns much less bonus (which benefits the company of course) and this demotivates anyone to push much harder to achieve the high target. UNLESS, company/management is practical enough to reward the staff equally with the achievement with past years, instead of the current (unachievable) target.
