He is a wee trick . When you find yourself having to drain the hydraulic oil(I know your got your contaminated with engine oil) grab a spare hydraulic line and leave one end open. Plug into a remote and then into a clean barrel. Start the tractor, have someone watch the hose going into the barrel and pump the oil out with the tractor. The moment the oil stops kill the tractor. It will get most of the oil out without a mess and is quick. I use this method when I have to split my loader tractor to work on the clutch and that requires diesel and hydraulic oil drained.

And they said buy a John deere itll be good.... My 4020 is in a million pieces right now it all started with a oil leak on pto shaft seal that was put im backwards tool out clutches start taking apart find cracked frame rear seal gone bushings wore out. At least John deere still can get parts either oem or after market. However I am starting to believe that the reason they can always get parts is because of demand for them thats why after market mfg started making so many of these parts. My old 1070 case now has to work twice as hard to take up the slack lol In process of fixing leaks going to look at the bottom end see how bearings are hours unknown says 39 think need to add a few 0s other wise engine runs good starts real good trams workspace fine inside looks good but man o man they didn't make it easy to take apart 🤯🤯🤯
