Hey Steve, seems you are considering the hair thing. Doing it without finasteride to prevent further loss is generally very unwise. You should know that topical finasteride goes systemic to almost the same degree as oral, just slightly less effective. The main consideration is that direct contact with finasteride is very dangerous if your partner were to be pregnant, in which case topical finasteride could easily spread with close contact or bedsheets etc.

Great post! I for one started losing a bit of hair by early 20s by mid 30s I couldn’t style it reasonably any more. (I am not one of those dudes to cut a Mohawk and call it a day. When the front was visibly receding I called it a day and shaved it.) By late 30s the idea of hair is appealing once in a rare while but in general it’s great and easy to just be shaved.

I decided to shave it off for the new year :D

Those extra 17lb are due to traveling 30 times in a year. Plain to see. Will he be able to drop the ego involved in money making. Long enough to fulfill his true potential? Make sure you tune in this 2025!

Steve. How about a session where you go into your experience of being coached this season after so many years of self coaching ? The pros and cons etc etc? Nice interview as always 😂

For some reason, I thought you only interviewed natural bodybuilders. Not judging, I just thought that was your thing.

Have you been following this channel? Lol. Lots of the guests aren’t natural. As someone that isn’t life time natural. I find it possible to get information from all realms of BBing. There’s always something to learn. Plus the drugs are actually pretty simple once you understand it.

@@corneliusparkin2401 yeah, my bad, for some reason I thought this channel was all about natural bodybuilding. Again, not judging, but most training (volume, frequency) and nutrition (protein, dieting) advice is not the same for naturals and enhanced bodybuilders
@corneliusparkin240115 күн бұрын
@@NJN23 correct. But also anyone worth their salt knows how to program and train for both. But in no way did I take any kind of issue with your post! I was simply thinking about it and thought. “No that’s not accurate.” That’s why I posted. I do agree with the overall sentiment because let’s be honest people have bias and if they’ve spend most of their training life on drugs. They probably don’t have the best grip on what may work for others.

@@NJN23 It is about natural bodybuilding, I don't cover drug use. I think we can learn from one another :)
