You got me working out for 3 days straight now with the dumbbell workouts , . The way that you set up the workouts on the shorts makes it extremely easy to follow and review if I'm doing it incorrectly without having to scroll thru a long video for that specific exercise, keep doing what you're doing bro . I've been going to the gym for a while now and I was skeptical of working out at home with just dumbbells but I've always wanted to try. Just finished the 45 days. All I can say is WOW and thank you!!!! I took some before & after pics. Didn't take the after pics until I was completely done and WOW!!!! The results blew me away. I noticed results during the 45 days, but didn't see how amazing they were until I took those pics. Motivated me to move on to more!! Looking forward to the next one!!

Can't post a picture, BUT the changes in the mirror and my clothes are EXTREMELY noticeable. I'll also add, I walked about 3 miles/day. I'm currently doing the Goku workout on his site. Which is a bit more challenging, but great!@@Noyy7ftbl

Bro but what was the “reps,” this the only thing I’m having trouble with. All I see is 30 seconds, but how many sets of “30 seconds.” Some of his videos has the reps. I just need help with that

@@tyronegreen8867 I did it as a "AMRAP" (as many reps as possible).... so basically what you can do in the alloted time. Which is cool because it allows you time to give yourself a rep amount and push yourself to or above it.

Goblets would be my top choice but make sure those heels are elevated and toes pointed outwards to target your outer Quads 💯

It'll be tough but you can do a lot of the bench exercises using a box or something similar. Get creative 😉
