We were motorsailing at the time. We had some main out and a tissue of Genoa. But we pulled it all in. Except a small amount of main.

@@SailingZephyr It does seem tompay only having some Sail at the Mast, no Sail forward or aft as the ends of the boat then get a lot of unhelpful leverage. I personally like a solidly Constructed Furling Mainsail like Ullman Sailscrecommended for a Battenless Main with three Reefs built with Challenge 9.11 Cloth triple stitched, for heavy duty Offshore Use. the Genoa can then be much lighter cloth to cope with Wind strengths up to say Beaufort Force 5, beyond which the Genoa, for me anyway, I'll fully furl out of the way. Going through that Sailing, as a great positive, should help massively in building up your Confidence in the boat, as the movement/motion looked a very relaxed happy, and comfortable Boat. I still run away from Force 6 zyacht Gales given the chance though. Best Wishes and Fair Winds. Bob. 👍⛵️✨️✨️✨️
