Definitely a castle built for royalty, but being able to sell his could be tricky. It needs a special buyer interested in this type of property. It is not for everyone for sure.

These houses are out of style in this day and age. Buyers on the high end in this neighborhood are looking for modern style houses. A castle with a moat is simply not tasteful anymore -- it's childish.

Neither Tom Brady nor Dr. Dre have lived in this mansion. The former home owned by Brady and now owned by Dr. Dre looks very similar because they are both designed by the same architect, Richard Landry-who also designed Mark Wahlberg's mega mansion. All of Landry's homes are custom but they all carry the same hallmarks of French-inspired design. I have a real estate website, so I am not making any of this stuff up in case you are thinking I am being an a**hole. And if you don't trust me, you can Google it; you will see the obvious differences between the two mansions.
