Yes Penny we know we’re getting to the end of the challenge when you do a workout like this for a Monday! So sad it’s nearly over but am SO pleased I joined you on this I feel so much fitter! Out of interest do you feel more fit after this hardcore challenge it must have been exhausting for you! You certainly look sensational- more fit lean and toned all over 😍😍😍 xxx

YAY!! So happy you feel that way Lucie!! I definitely feel exhausted. Not so much from the workouts but from all the filming, editing and uploading every day. That definitely takes a toll 🤪 I feel like I got my abs in better shape so I definitely like to continue adding more ab routines to the workouts and as individual workouts:) Thank you for asking too 😘
