Such an amazing workout and isn’t it fitting that as I was completing last move Lizzo Good As Hell came on and I start dancing bc I feel soooooo great after this workout ! I just danced a bit singing yeah feel good as hell !!!!! It was a nice workout, not too intense to where I couldn't catch my breath, but my heart rate stayed elevated throughout. Thanks again for your dedication. You are the best!
