ABSOLUTE ALL TIME FAVOURITE. AMAZING, CHALLENGING, TOUGH, VARIED WORKOUT. I LOVED THIS. AS I SAY, PROBABLY MY FAVOURITE EVER. If anyone is looking for seriously challenging at home workouts then Penny is your woman. I am so much happier doing these than anything I ever did at the gym. Thank you so so so much. Such an amazing workout and isn’t it fitting that as I was completing last move Lizzo Good As Hell came on and I start dancing bc I feel soooooo great after this workout ! I just danced a bit singing yeah feel good as hell !!!!! My emotional state is Always in superb standing after I finish any of your workouts which is always very important to me so Again - thank you Penny for being the absolute best fitness trainer out there !! 😍 😍😍 Please don’t ever stop making your fitness videos ! 🥰

It was a nice workout, not too intense to where I couldn't catch my breath, but my heart rate stayed elevated throughout. Thanks again for your dedication. You are the best!
