Intense you said ? It was an understatement Vera. This is my first full body workout since surgery and OMG 😱. I had to lower the weights and take 40 sec break instead of 30 after some tri sets but I did it. Workout completed ✅. Proud of myself. Thank you Vera and see you tomorrow 😊

Woah! Tough, tough workout! No rest between exercises got my heart rate up quick! I surprise myself every time though, when it gets tough, I push myself even harder, for one more rep! Very happy after this workout with the progress I've made and I'm excited to be halfway through this program after tomorrow's workout! Loved the back-to-back tri sets! They really keep things moving and feel like it's going by faster. Also, I was in some kind of zone and I was able to jack up my weight and it didn't feel like a slog! Great stuff - thank you!

I would never recommend excess fat consumption to anyone - I generally eat a pretty lean diet, but some fat is essential or course. Getting enough protein & fiber is typically my goal 💖

The workouts are provided entirely for free - ads are the only way for me to be compensated for my time and are provided at times where I took a break and recommend a break - You can always switch to KZbin premium for 50c per day if you’d like to skip all ads.
