I have two questions. When I try to sit up straight it is incredibly painful and very difficult to keep my spine straight during a pose. My back is more comfortable slouched. Do you have any recommendations on how to address that? Also my hips and hamstrings have become VERY tight over the past couple months to the point that movement is difficult. Stretching even a little bit is ridiculously hard; downward dog has me screaming. I've done the 15 min morning yoga videos for 2 weeks with no improvement, will it get better as I keep doing it?

Thank you so much for this flow! I've been so tense and emotionally stressed due to a job loss since June and struggling to find work again and this workout has helped me to find my center once again and relieved lost of bodily tension. I have been following Kassandra’s program and doing this almost every day as part of my #75Hard challenge. I have been amazed by the changes in my body. My flexibility is back to my pre-pandemic level. My low back pain and hip tightness has resolved. I love Kassandra’s soothing voice and Yoga style. I have signed up for her app now. Thank you, Kassandra, for sharing yourself and expertise with us all!🙏💪❤️

I'm on day 17 in 75 Hard doing 45 minutes of Kassandra daily. It's the first time I've 'stuck' with Yoga. Thank you Kassandra! I didn't know how much I needed you. (I am 68 and a burned out nurse practitioner.)

Hi Kassandra, thank you for this deep stretch slow flow work out!. I usually do the 20-30 min work, but this morning i upgraded myself to this 45 min ! Wow, i can do it at 76 yrs old. Yay! That’s my grateful prayer of the day! I follow you for your clear instructions, good pacing and lovely disposition!❤️🙏🌸

I didnt cry but i feel so calm and like all tension is gone. Didn't expect it cause it was my first time ever doing yoga and I kinda sucked at first lol. I'ma keep at it this. 😁❤

I second that! I am a key worker and during pandemic stress level went over the top due to the long hours and enormous physical and mental pressure. Discovering you is a blessing and a lifeline. Every morning I get up earlier to do yoga and it helps me to get ready for the day and face any challenges. I honestly don't know if I could pull through last year without your wonderful yoga classes. Thank you Kassandra 🙏

I've lifted weights my whole life and never worked on my body's flexibility or my breathing. I watch all your videos and am still a novice in the yoga practice. They say that the psoas is a ”muscle of the soul” which causes to accumulate anxiety and sorrow and it releases when relaxed. I’ve once also cried during a Kassandra’s yin practice and I think it was because of the psoas giving up.

As I opened my KZbin app, I thought "I need a 45 minute full body stretch slow flow" and bam, this video appeared. 😮 It was so enjoyable and my cat was purring alongside me the whole time! Thank you Kassandra!

Really helpful and allows you to go as deep and as shallow as your body needs, tuning into, relaxing into , and accepting your limits is such good advice, Kassandra. It makes such a big difference. I couldn't believe how fast the session went by!

I love yoga because I feel so graceful and this a perfect gentle flow routine, Although I work out daily, I never stretch enough and this improves my flexibility in my other workouts. Hey Kassandra, I’ve been doing your classes for over 2 years now. I recently gave birth, and I’m on my post partum 5 weeks now. And this class was the first I did in months apart from prenatal and postnatal yoga. I went in a long walk with my newborn in nature and came back home very tired, after this walk and overall weeks of sleep deprivation and breastfeeding with sore neck, shoulders and arms. I put him to sleep and thought of going to sleep too, but then I felt like stretching. This class was like a rebirth for me! Physically, emotionally and spiritually! One of the best classes I’ve done and I’m a yoga teacher too. Thank you so much for sharing your energy and knowledge online for free. Such a blessing ❤

Kassandra, I have done yoga for a while but recently am finding a lot of stiffness in my body. I find your deep stretching sessions very good relief for my whole body. Thanks for the little extras that push the stretch just a bit further.
