Hey yogis, I've got a new 45 minute slow flow yoga class for you that's meant to help you stretch your entire body and increase your flexibility. This is a very relaxing yoga class with no strength required. Great to do towards the end of the day when you want to unwind. We'll go deep into your hips, hamstrings, spine and shoulders with a mix of seated and standing poses.
The stretches can be a bit intense so I would say this is an intermediate yoga class but beginners can certainly follow along and leave some poses out. No props required.

I have two questions. When I try to sit up straight it is incredibly painful and very difficult to keep my spine straight during a pose. My back is more comfortable slouched. Do you have any recommendations on how to address that? Also my hips and hamstrings have become VERY tight over the past couple months to the point that movement is difficult. Stretching even a little bit is ridiculously hard; downward dog has me screaming. I've done the 15 min morning yoga videos for 2 weeks with no improvement, will it get better as I keep doing it?

Thank you so much for this flow! I've been so tense and emotionally stressed due to a job loss since June and struggling to find work again and this workout has helped me to find my center once again and relieved lost of bodily tension. I have been following Kassandra’s program and doing this almost every day as part of my #75Hard challenge. I have been amazed by the changes in my body. My flexibility is back to my pre-pandemic level. My low back pain and hip tightness has resolved. I love Kassandra’s soothing voice and Yoga style. I have signed up for her app now. I'm on day 17 in 75 Hard doing 45 minutes of Kassandra daily. It's the first time I've 'stuck' with Yoga. Thank you Kassandra! I didn't know how much I needed you. (I am 68 and a burned out nurse practitioner.)

I second that! I am a key worker and during pandemic stress level went over the top due to the long hours and enormous physical and mental pressure. Discovering you is a blessing and a lifeline. Every morning I get up earlier to do yoga and it helps me to get ready for the day and face any challenges. I honestly don't know if I could pull through last year without your wonderful yoga classes. Thank you Kassandra 🙏

They say that the psoas is a ”muscle of the soul” which causes to accumulate anxiety and sorrow and it releases when relaxed. I’ve once also cried during a Kassandra’s yin practice and I think it was because of the psoas giving up.

I do pretty intense lifting worktouts during the week and I keep visiting this particular flow on the weekend because it's such a thorough encompassing stretch session, I absolutely love it.

I did deep stretch by Adriene earlier this week but boy this one is so damn good . The amount of stretch and relaxing this has provided me in a single session i am surprised . This was my recovery day and i did this i m glad I chose this saving and downloading it will come backwards to it again and again.❤ Please make a deep stretch video of this level for about an hour please please 🙏🏻

Thank you for this stretchy flow which I did after work. Just healing from back and shoulder pain. I found this just right for today to bring calmness. I have been struggling with shoulder pain and your deep stretch yoga and a few others you have created have really helped the pain and increased my flexibility. I love the variations. Thank you for sharing your beautiful practice❤

Thank you so much Kassandra. Every practice I choose has been the right one for me for that day and today’s was just perfect as well. I loved holding the poses a bit longer and your cues were so helpful ( coming up in fingertips really worked!). I’ve been practicing with you on KZbin since before COVID, and knowing that a knowledgeable yoga instructor was always there really helped me! This is my first comment to you. Thank you!

I tried this for my 75 hard and my back hurt like mad, I couldn't finish it😓😓😫😫 . If you have sciatic nerve issues, I would say tread with caution

I injured my right shoulder a couple of years ago in CrossFit. Physical therapy helped but wasn't a permanent solution. After doing this session once, it completely healed my shoulder. Best I can think, something was out of place and the stretching put it back in. Miraculous!

I have gone from absolute beginner to now being comfortable doing intermediate practices. I am naturally incredibly stiff and it is just a joy to have started becoming more flexible and strong . Thank you

Wow...this was really amazing...the best stretching ive ever done! Ive done many of your videos for about a half a year..pretty newbie, but this was by far the best video. Hi Kasandra I felt so refreshed and relaxed after this slow deep stretch flow yoga session with you. I like the deep stretches with lots of time to do the deep breathing too. I enjoy the way you cover so many different kinds of yoga. I always find I am able to find a suitable yoga session to do with you, no matter how I am feeling. Thank you so much for sharing your gift of teaching Yoga. You look so great in your white top and black yoga pants. I have done therapy and a white horse comes into the session a lot of the time.
