Months of watching dozens of your videos and there's 👏 still 👏 new 👏 moves! This might be my new fav 😍 Definitely gets a sweat going and really felt like I was engaging my core for stability in each move on top of the move itself. Not bad for day 2 of 30!

I love your workouts but can you keep in mind many people have a door set up and cant do many of the excercises you display

☺Thank you for your feedback, and I appreciate your input. I'll definitely take your suggestion into consideration and aim to include more exercises that can be done with a door setup in my future videos. I also want to let you know that you can always adapt the exercises that are performed under the anchor point by facing away from the anchor. This slight adjustment can make them a bit easier and still allow you to target the same muscle groups. So, rest assured that you won't miss out on anything👌🏼Keep up the great work and stay tuned for more tailored workouts! 💪🏼😉
