OK. This one is aspirational! Needed a few breaks! But will come back to see if I can improve. One ask: It would be helpful to have the strap lengths on screen, and maybe the inset preview pop up on the other side, so you are not obscured while you are setting up. I found that the hip throws were best for me partially overshortened, rather than fully overshortened! Thanks, as always! What are the dogs' names?

OMG it was awfull!! I mean the moves were great but what about an explanation about the length or some tips to not get harmed? Or even some time to adjust the straps? Or even a proper rest? Way too far from a good online workout session.
