Thank you so much for being you! I am dealing with some issues with my eyes, so I am very worried about doing things that have a lot of movement or have impact. I really really really love that you have different variations for everything -and for me!

I have done Pilates for most of my postpartum journey, but noticed I was not getting the results I hoped for. Once I started Body Fit by Amy I saw a significant change in my ab separation. It is almost non existent. Every time someone tells me I look great, I tell them it is because I do Body Fit by Amy 💁🏾‍♀️. I have learned so much since joining the team ❤️

This was excellent. Using the kettlebell for the V-sits and chest press moves felt impossible but I tried! Thanks, Amy.

I dont use my kettlebell as much anymore because I need a heavier one but the one sided stuff is such a challenge with the kettlebell I was pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed the challenge!!

#OMG! I love this workout! The focus on strength, core, balance and cardio felt amazing! I really like switching between dumbells and kettlebells. They really do have a different feel! And, the bonus finisher was phenomenal! Yay what a terrific workout! 💪🔥💦👍🤩🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❗
