Spot on! Your technique and training philosophy is awesome! I also am a firm believer in active warmups & progressive ladders to maximize strength & stamina in an incremental format. I tried your routine with 40/50/60 lbs. (age 58) great workout, my favorite is still the Spartan 300 with 35/40 lbs. Kudos to you Comrade!

I didn’t realize I was exhausted until the finisher - wow that snuck up on me! Thanks for the tips on the snatch, I’m still not very good at those so any form improvement helps. I used a 25LB KB for most of it, but went up to 30LB when you did and used a 35LB for the DL jumps. Wasn’t really feeling in the workout mood today but you quickly turned that around - thanks again!

Blisters, blisters… 😩😩😩 Clean & Press, snatch in progression of 12, 14, 16kg. 20kg for deadlift jumps. Don’t have an evil wheel so used slider discs instead. By the time for the AMRAP, my palms were blistering so had to drop the weight 😖 oh boy wonder when they will heal so I will be ready for the next session 😭. Regardless, thanks for an awesome strength session! 👍🏼💪🏼

i recently started working out on the 10th of september, my 33rd birthday. ive been doing it 6 days a week with various in home workouts on youtube. The big thing thats helping so much, is completely cutting out refinded sugar like candy soda energy drinks chips and anything unhealthy. i discovered your channel 3 days ago and ive been working with my new 15 and 20 lb kettlebells , and im keeping up the pace you are setting., Let me say that i feel like im getting my ASS KICKED in the best way possible!!!.
