Lesley, I just moved all the way across the world and have struggled finding a gym since I'm still learning the language. After being completely fed up with being still and confined to my apartment because of the cold, I came to KZbin, stumbled across your channel and did this class. I loved it! Lauren Adair Hi Lauren, I'm so glad we found each other! There's nothing worse than feeling alone in the cold. I used to live in Buffalo, NY and I can relate to staying home because it was just too cold and difficult to drive in the snow! I can't even imagine not knowing the language...that must be so hard. I hope that you continue to practice with us and that it warms us soon where you are! xx :-)

Naaaaw… This was once my Favourite go to yoga class once upon a time ago and have a fun memory of forcing a friend who never done yoga before to try it with my and the laughs we had throughout he struggle. About to relive it now and have a wee tear in my eye because of how much of a beautiful impact Lesley had. 🖖💚

another great one! Still wasnt able to get from wheel back into downward dog but SOOO appreciated your feedback to the question I posted on that a couple days ago. Also LOVED hearing about and seeing your struggle to do wheel with both leg and hand lifted. I did try to just lift a hand in wheel in an attempt to prepare for the switching positions. All in all, I'm going to choose to LOVE MYSELF as being perfectly imperfect! Sending love. So grateful for you and your youtube classes!!

Hi Lesley, this class was intense and refreshing. So thank you. I was thinking that during the week I never focus on stretching or lenghthening (or let's say not much, I only do like 5-10 min/day) because it takes time, so for me sunday is the time for that, so I think that an entire class that focuses on that would be uselful for many. thank you Lesley, have a nice week. +Justine Kim I'm so sorry to hear about your neck. I was rear ended over the summer and since then my neck hasn't been happy with headstands either. I've started to practice them more without my head on the floor. I think it would be best for you to avoid headstands or practice them without your head on the floor. Make sure your elbows don't go wider than shoulders distance apart and press down onto your forearms and elbows as you lift your shoulders so your can support your body with your arms and shoulders...not your head and neck. In a headstand, we should generally have 30% of the weight on our heads and 70% on the arms and shoulders. I've been working with my doctor, a physical therapist, a rolfer and a chiropractor to help my neck. I think it's best to start with your doctor and see what he/she says....

This is one very challenging yoga practice...those single leg backbends are truly tough...didn't do them...just the regular one.

I was a bit wobbly this evening and it was really difficult to keep in balance! But I guess we all have those kind of days, and I am hoping my struggle is a bit less with tomorrows workout.But it was still good practice, and those wheels at the end and straightening the leg in the air were good for me, I think!

I really liked this one! A little adventure besides the 90 day program in the morning, this was my fist afternoon class. My choice proved to be perrrfect :) i had problems with a couple of poses but next time or the one after that I am sure that I will be able to do even more :) Lots of love, Zsuzsanna

Hello Lesley! I love your classes they are challenging but keep yoga integrity! This class is quite cool! I tried to look if you have a long class up to flying pigeon but I couldn't find one, is there a chance you'll do such a class? It's a cool balancing pose and I'd love a class like this ☺️

took a break from yogafix90 to try to work on my balance - and - I DID HEADSTAND! First time. Very exciting. Made up for the fact that I completely fell out of flipped dog bridge... no idea how to get out of that back to warrior 2. Oh well.

Hi Leasley! First of all, I am a huge fan of fightmaster yoga and have been doing your videos daily for the past year. I learned how to do a headstand via your videos, but each time i did it, i had a very painful ache/ sharp pain in my upper back following each headstand which lasted for a week or so. I'm not going to do headstands anymore, but is there anything I could do to cure the pain and also things i could look out for next time i attempt to do a headstand?
