Loved this workout but more importantly I loved what you said at the end!!! Omg Tracy you have such a gift for explaining things in such a compassionate way. The one thing I look away from this workout today is lead with curiosity and follow up with compassion. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Excellent workout! I've feel tired for a week (a fatigue episode, stress due to a health exam coming next week... ?) so I took the week off weight training and turned to yoga and pilates instead. Today I felt ready to amp up a bit but not too much (still low on energy) and this workout was perfect...I was drenched in sweat!

What I love about working out with Tracey: I love love love that you almost always do legs I love your combination moves I love the length of your videos Thank you so much for doing what you do!!!! I was tired today so this was the perfect workout for me!! Can’t wait for tomorrow’s workout!!!!

Tracy… I spend more time with you than with with a lot of my friends😊 I see you on average 5X weekly and after 2+yrs I am still excited to spend my time with you! You motivate me, you challenge me, your workouts are so diverse and you are are so adorable. You are indeed the gift that keeps on giving, in fact I’m taking you to India with me in October so I can keep some semblance of fitness while I’m there💪 🙏🙏🙏

I absolutely loved this workout. I struggled. The 45 second intervals with only 10 seconds rest really got to me. Its exactly what I needed to shake things up. Also had a 4 mile walk before. This one goes in the "My Favorite Workouts" category. Thank you so much.

I really loved this workout! I keep being amazed on how much variation you can offer in a low impact workout and there were only a few moves that I had to do something different because of pregnancy. Thank you Tracy for making all these great workouts!

Great Tracy! I did a few high impact but this really kept things moving and my heart rate up so I loved the short rest times!!

Whew! That was a sweaty and intense workout, with only 10 seconds in between exercises 💦😅. I saved this one, it will be a good one to come back to! I can't do too much of the crazy jumping anymore, but this type of workout is just as effective at getting the HR up, and working the muscles! 🦵💪Thank you Tracy, you never disappoint! 💖😊

Great low impact strength workout again. Intense, powerful for legs, arms and shoulders. 😅 I love the rounds the format is amazing. That was hard work and challenging along with the weights. I’m glad I joined this one. Like your talk at the end it’s always helpful. Thank you Tracy.👍💪❤️

Ian usually n to a no repeat type of gal but since there was strength I did it and I am so glad I did. This went so quick and you had us moving with strength exercises that really made heart rate go up . Really just loved it. Thank you

Another great workout! Short rest intervals kept me moving. Low impact means low pressure to me and I’m happy to add jumps and weights as I see fit.
