Excellent workout! I've feel tired for a week (a fatigue episode, stress due to a health exam coming next week... ?) so I took the week off weight training and turned to yoga and pilates instead. Today I felt ready to amp up a bit but not too much (still low on energy) and this workout was perfect...I was drenched in sweat!

I absolutely loved this workout. I struggled. The 45 second intervals with only 10 seconds rest really got to me. Its exactly what I needed to shake things up. Also had a 4 mile walk before. This one goes in the "My Favorite Workouts" category. Thank you so much.

I really loved this workout! I keep being amazed on how much variation you can offer in a low impact workout and there were only a few moves that I had to do something different because of pregnancy. Thank you Tracy for making all these great workouts!

Whew! That was a sweaty and intense workout, with only 10 seconds in between exercises 💦😅. I saved this one, it will be a good one to come back to! I can't do too much of the crazy jumping anymore, but this type of workout is just as effective at getting the HR up, and working the muscles! 🦵💪Thank you Tracy, you never disappoint! 💖😊

Ian usually n to a no repeat type of gal but since there was strength I did it and I am so glad I did. This went so quick and you had us moving with strength exercises that really made heart rate go up . Really just loved it. Thank you

Another great workout! Short rest intervals kept me moving. Low impact means low pressure to me and I’m happy to add jumps and weights as I see fit.
