I crushed this workout even though I didn’t sleep well last night and healing from a break up. I did this workout because I’m worth it and I cried during the post workout speech because I needed to hear Sydney’s motivation. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow.

So many thoughts today 1. I love starting Mondays with 40-45 minute, strength/conditioning work outs. I’ve been known to even find a different video of the new daily isn’t this format. It’s just the best! 2. The pace Sydney demonstrated the up down plank Jack made me laugh out loud in disbelief. Even when I know she’s going to be much stronger than me at a move, I still can’t anticipate her level of athleticism. Wow! 3. I’ve been with Sydney long enough to remember when she hated mountain climbers and wasn’t afraid to say so. I miss those days 😂

I giggled to myself when we got to the burpees. I remember the past workouts from other programs where Sydney would sneak them in and a lot of people, including myself would dread it. I love them now because I know how good they are for my body. I didn’t hate them before, but I thoroughly enjoy doing them now and I haven’t dropped any F bombs yet 😆. I dropped 30 lbs now from a year ago and so much of it has to do with Sydney’s workout , words of wisdoms, encouragement , clean eating, better sleep and just creating better habits overall. Also, speaking to and about myself in a more positive way. I’ve gained so much more strength and muscles in the last year and I literally can’t stop looking at myself in the mirror because of how much better I look and feel about myself. Thanks Sydney and Sydney squad and happy Monday ❤️❤️❤️

Today I showed up with dedication, not motivation. It was one of the few bad days in my 18 months of unemployment but I owed it to myself to be present and do the work. And you had my laughing on the jackknifes as they were so flipping hard I could only laugh. Thanks for pushing me today, and always.

It only took 3 weeks to get back into cardio but I’m officially HERE FOR IT! Especially when it comes with a little strength. This was the funnest strength and conditioning workout all month and I am so proud of what this body can do!! Loved being able to do some high impact moves and I KNOW that’s because we’ve been working on all the parts that help impact become easier in STF 3.0. I love it because this process isn’t always 💯 percent perfect, some days were skipped and energy was hard to find but here I am still reaping the benefits of never giving up even when I skipped. And that’s aaaaamazing! I hope everyone is feeling sooo good about themselves and that this week is everything you need and want it to be! ☺️♥️💪🏾

You are a prime example of adding positive to eliminate the negative - I'm sure it is stressful to have this many people rely on you everyday, but you harness that pressure and responsibility into motivation and use it to drive you toward betterment for yourself and all of us ❤ and I am thankful for that and inspired by that everyday!
@andreahjalmarsson10923 жыл бұрын
I had a generally exhausting day today and had NO motivation to work out (my whole body just ached with tiredness from working full time) but I just said “screw it” and put on my tights and sports bra while thinking about how much better I’m gonna feel after and that I get to shower, put on cozy clothes and have a yummy meal. So I do the workout, of course feeling better afterwards, and you talk about having no motivation and only negative thoughts shouldn’t stop you from adding more positive. It felt like a direct message and I’m so grateful for it

Sydney’s motivation at the end reminds me of the podcast Mindset Mentor. In one episode he said ‘You can’t always control your first thought but you can control your second thought’. Basically your first thought could be something negative e but you stop yourself and make your next thought something positive about the same situation or person or whatever it was. It’s such a great way to train yourself to be more positive! Sydney thank you for always being that positive influence!
