This workout kicked my butt today. ( I'm doing today's tomorrow). My personal goal is at least 3/4 days a week. I lost 42 pounds two years after I had my daughter thanks to Sydneys videos. So glad i found her video's two years ago. I started working out end of this past June, two months after I had my son. Almost 5 months in and I lost about 14 pounds. I'm losing it abit slower then after my first baby but I pushing on... I'm not giving up. I have learned that goals take time and to not obssess about the numbers so much because I'm still making progress each time I get up and do the workout. I'm gaining strength and confidence and just my overall mental health has changed dramatically. My life has truly changed because of these workouts. I have tried other videos but I'm addicted. Sydney keeps everything fun and interesting. She motivates you and reminds us that we are all stronger then we think. Thank you Sydney ❤

Crushed it! Managed to keep my focus on my mind/body connection and pushed through. Working out with Sydney has really helped me stay consistent. I have worked out with others in the past for a couple of months then went right back into an unhealthy lifestyle as far as my nutrition and fitness. With Sydney and the Sydney Squad, I have managed to stay consistent for 8 months solid now. There have been so many changes that I can see not only in my body, but also in my mood and mindset. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have ran across this channel.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Sydney for providing this amazing service to improve our wellbeing and saving us time and money. After going through a number of monthly programs, I still do not know how to deal with soreness and DOMS that prevent me from working out everyday. I need to put a gap of 2-3 days in between to recover despite taking protein shakes and supplements. I can use some advice here on how to accelerate the recovery. Again, thank you so very much!

So glad I found Sydney 8 months ago! When covid shut down my exercise class I was never able to go back and I ehat I was finding online wasn't enough for me physically. Sydney gives me more burn and strengthening than the class ever did and I love that I can exercise when it best fits my schedule!

Whew! That was a good one. Prior to covid I depended on people to push me in a workout…. The friendly competition that I think most feel when they’re in the gym. We want to try to keep up and get stronger. When covid closed all of our favorite places I thought all my hard work at the gym was going to be lost. I found Sydney…. I honestly think I’m stronger mentally and physically and I’ve learned to push and compete with ME. I depend on me everyday to make each workout count. Here’s to finding my strength to push through. ❤️
