That band warm up had me shaking and wondering how I was going to make it through to the end but I did. And I feel amazing. Thank you Larie for creating yet another fabulous workout.

Fantastic workout Larie! I love the format and really fatiguing each muscle 💪. I am thankful for my 8 and 12 pound dumbbells; you don’t think you need them but you DO! When I can’t go up to 15 on an exercise but 10 isn’t enough, there are my 12s to save me. And when I can’t do 10 on an exercise but 5 isn’t enough, here come my 8’s so save me. Now I just need a set of 25’s for a few exercises. YOU rock for giving us so many workouts. Oh and I also LOVE how when you come out with a new upper body workout, you usually have a coordinating lower body and full body with the same format. That’s so awesome because it makes picking my workouts feel more organized for the week which I love.

Very nice challenge. I love the warm up with bands for a change. Love the tri-sets for really feeling the benefit to the muscle group. Really great workout. I feel so good now!Thanks Laurie.

Gosh this was so good! I am so grateful for your workouts they are so challenging. I have to say watching you drop weights is freeing, it makes me feel like I have permission to do the same and to see you struggling honestly makes me want to keep pushing too. Thanks for all you do!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Husband and I rang in the year with this one! You are very much a part of our lives. We talk about "Larie", as in, "are we going to do Larie today?" and pretty much at least 5 days a week the answer is YES!

This looks just fabulous! I am going to do it on my next upper body day 👍. I LOVE how you incorporated the use of the band, both band only and also using the band WITH dumbbells! That looks very interesting and effective. Can't wait to do it!

😲 Larie! This was insane!! The burn was unreal and my arms are now in protest for the rest of the day! 😂 The use of the band in the beginning is genius!
