This yoga flow is designed to make you feel good. I would say the speed of this flow is on the slower side (this is subjective though). We focus on taking the spine in different planes of motion. We also hold poses for longer than a split second quite a bit : ) The main focus of this flow is the spine and lengthening the surrounding muscle groups. This flow is not designed to make you break a sweat or to feel like a workout, but instead provide a little yin to our yang. Let me know if you enjoyed this in the comments below ... and yes, I am indeed wearing pajama bottoms, but we now call it "loungewear" so its okay ; )
