Those are all pretty amazing... Love the jade but probably would be hard to see most of the time. Shadow Panda is very interesting as is the harlequin . Bloody Mary sure stands out!!

The Gold Nebula, really? I'm kinda surprised as I thought that was one of the more boring ones but it really shows how different people find different things attractive and im glad i included some of the less colourful ones based on your comment bro :)

Thanks for the video. I have neos: blues, reds, yellows, and wild types. I also have amano shrimp, they are hilarious to watch. Would love to keep caradinas, but I have hard water, and don't want to work that hard, lol Take care, be well

We had a 300ltr high grade Crystal Red Shrimp (about 800) and were just ready to start selling them when the tank crashed, smelt like cleaning chemicals so we think one of the kids was playing around with cleaning stuff in the fish room :( its always locked now lol They are a fair bit more work but all we really did was use active substrate with our hard water. Prefer the neos though for total ease :) Thanks for the comment Gigi, hope you and the family are well :)

Freshwater snails or rainbowfish video next?

@@Aquadiction snails imo. mostly bc i have a dislike for rainmbows
@Aquadiction Жыл бұрын
@Amazing aquatics and exotics fair enough, need to get snail blazing then!! Is it all rainbows? Ill be honest I'm not a big fan of much but the pseudomugil because of the time it takes the others to colour up, your thoughts?
@amazingaquaticsandexotics3030 Жыл бұрын
@@Aquadiction mostly just melanotaenia and glossolepis since the ones i had were aggressive towards each other and surprisingly weak. never tried any of the pseudomugil but they seem cool

finished scaping my old 33g mbuna tank into a riverine setup now. looks decent but it needs more vallisneria and some livestock. considering danios, white clouds, garra, hillstream loaches,stiphodon, akysis vespa and cherry barbs. maybe even some theodoxus snails and a few wild phoxinus minnows from my local river
@Aquadiction Жыл бұрын
Dude, we have not heard of Theodoxus snails before, just did a search they look stunning! Thank you for bringing these up we are 100 percent going to research these now!! Would you go for the long fin white clouds? You need to do a little video and tag us in your videos bro so we can take a peak!!
@amazingaquaticsandexotics3030 Жыл бұрын
@@Aquadiction maybe. the theodoxus snails are legitimately the better version of the bog standard nerites. they are smaller, virtually free since all you need is a small fish net and a good river, great for most tanks and they can breed in complete freshwater
@Aquadiction Жыл бұрын
I'd be interested to buy some if you catch them, I've never seen them in bedfordshire tbh but you have peaked our interest!!!
@amazingaquaticsandexotics3030 Жыл бұрын
@@Aquadiction if i can breed them and get a decent supply then i might sell them on ebay
@FishRfun Жыл бұрын
If you're looking at danios, my suggestion would be Celestichthys Choprae...the glowlight danio. NOT to be confused with glofish. These are natural fish from Myanmar. I have 10 of them but they would do VERY well in a riverine set up because that's their natural environment. To me they are the most beautiful danio and stay about 1.5 inches. If you get a big school at least 12 they school VERY tightly. It's a fascinating fish to watch and again just super colorful with these dark vertical bars....check them out

Terrific list however #25 Red Nose Shrimp or Pinocchio Shrimp (Caridina gracilirostris) are brackish shrimp for anyone getting their hopes up on that one!
@Aquadiction6 ай бұрын
I think they only need brackish water conditions to successfully breed though? We kept them a while back without an issue?! Same as amano shrimp as was our understanding?
