Great footage. I will be curious to see how they get the last beams up in the casting area and the roof on it, since it looks like they have cut off most of their access to the far reaches of it. I used to think they would start to fill it in from the backside but then they closed that off too. Great way to capture the progress. Thank You.

Dankeschön! 😊 Die Westseite kann man leider nur von der anderen Autobahnseite sehen, da man mit der Drohne 100 Meter Abstand zur Autobahn halten muss. Aktuell sind da leider aber noch ein paar Bäume im Weg. 🤣 Einige Flächen dürfen ja nun weiter gerodet werden. Da werden auch der Grünschnitt und die Wurzeln wie zu Beginn des Jahres entfernt. Danke, dir auch noch einen schönen 4. Advent!

On the south end there are concrete footings being built. It looks like those monolithic plain concrete boxes will be built there. Currently, these tower-like boxes appear on the east side of the same building. What are they? Stairwells and or elevator shafts?

I'm curious how the switchyard is going to be interconnected to the grid. I assume that there are transmission lines somewhere to the South of the construction site. Angehalten wurden nur die Arbeiten welche durch die vorläufigen Genehmigungen von Anfang Dezember abgedeckt sind. Ausrüstung der Lackiererei und Baumfällarbeiten. Einige Turm- und Raupenkräne wurden abgezogen da sie nicht mehr benötigt werden. Für die verbleibenden Arbeiten reichen normale Mobilkräne und Mobilbaukräne aus. Und ein paar Firmen werden sicherlich auch ihre Aktivitäten über die Feiertage reduzieren bzw. einstellen.

No problem, we just stack the cars, the largest parking lot at Audi Ingolstadt has 9 levels and 4,282 spaces and the largest at Mercedes 6 levels and 8,000 spaces! you can also stack the finished cars there!

Flying over the GF4 grounds is only allowed during some off-peak working hours. And somewhere inside there are for sure some construction workers at work. Don't think they will mix the concrete (16:05) just for fun.

@solanum ... there was again a construction stop / hold because Tesla didn’t pay a fee over 100 Million Euro. This 100 million is a kind of security deposit in case the factory will never be finished and needs to be taken down. One other reason it could be on the weekend ( Sunday? ) where almost no one is working. At least outside.

Tesla is already looking in the rear view mirror......and they are not one bit interested in VW’s old empty factories. VW has lacked the foresight and willingness to adapt, adopt and integrate new tech and more importantly read the innate desire of their consumer. If you poll the VW customer if they had 2 VW’s side by side...same model and price...one was ICE the other EV.....over 90% would take the EV model.
