Exactly! You hit on a key subject. RE is a monetary transaction yet the RE agent wants to work on your emotions. IMO I do not need anyone to "show" me a property, I can see for myself, all I need is my specific questions answered. Taxes, previous owner, easement rights, utilities....those can all be answered via phone/e-mail. I don't need someone to lead me into a small room and "tell me" how spacious it is.
