450,000 SHOTS OF FIREWORKS - WORLD RECORD ATTEMPT

The Guinness World Record for the Largest Firework Display ever recorded was achieved by Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ) (Philippines) on January 1st 2016. This firework display featured 810,904 fireworks in total. The record that we are attempting to set in this video is for the most SHOTS of CONSUMER FIREWORKS in a single firework display. This means, the only fireworks we could use to set the record are fireworks that are available for consumers to purchase at a firework store. Please remember we are not BREAKING a world record, rather we are attempting to SET one. We reached out to Guinness several weeks ago to submit our request and receive approval for the record. Guinness states on their website that it may take up to 12 weeks to approve a new world record. At this point in time, we are awaiting approval for our record attempt. In the meantime, this is an *unofficial* world record. This means that we have proof and evidence that we tried to set a new world record. We have good faith and no knowledge of anyone else attempting to set this record previously, but until Guinness responds back to us, it remains *unofficial* according to Guinness.

We (the reddit website) did a world record attempt years ago on the largest Secret Santa gift exchange in the world and unfortunately, they've turned into an advertising gig. They don't do things out of the of kindness of their hearts. You're paying them thousands to become your advertising arm.

Cody has been genuine since the start. Been here since the beginning of 2018. Caught my eye by seeing one of his fireworks displays in Horace, ND from a distance and seeing it pop up on his channel the next day.
