Bear Creek Ballistics has the best factory load. A 240 grain bullet @ 2590 fps.

Very good, i have an AR and Ruger bolt action probably wont need em for bear but be neat to hear its limitations for the bolt action platform

Not sure what you mean by limitations. A bolt action in a .308 sized action can be loaded much higher pressure for the 450Bushmaster. Factory 250gr ammo is going about 2100 in a 16" barrel. Loaded to 50K-55K PSI, that would probably increase to 2500fps for a 250gr. Thanks for watching!

I like the FTX muzzle loader bullets from Midway. Ya can seat ling in Ruger American. I also resize the 330g Gould HP and send it @ 1700 fps. Its a thumper I was shooting mine today! I have a 260 Copper bullet loaded to 2350 fps. It can shoots MOA!!

Yeah, my Bear loads are +P, 300XTP Mag going 2050 fps, Barnes 275 going 2150 fps. I think there is room for more but I don't want to push it.

They need to make ranch type rifles for the big revolver cartridges imagine a nice handy rifle Chambered in .500 or .460 mag they will easily outperform any of the big bore AR cartridges For those who reload there are options such as 500 auto max or 45 raptor both absolute thumpers

The SAAMI specified pressure being so high is a problem, as is the rim. Of course Big Horn Armory does make lever guns in both cartridges! Thanks for watching!
