450 Case Dozer injectors and injector pump removal

Always a good day when those pencil style injectors come out without much of a fight. I've never seen a pump like that. Every little pump I've seen like that has a tapered shaft with a half moon key. That's why I like everybody's videos. I always learn something.

I need help timing an injection pump to shaft in motor the dot on shaft is at top the dot on pump is at bottom of I can rotate shaft to aline with dot on injector pump I know

My shaft is broke that goes into the pump. How hard are the to get out?

This is not getting motor timing but I think it is 180 off injector pump will be timed to shaft I sure don't want to go to no one dead center and take radiator of and all tf I don't have to

I have 450c case dozer replaced injector pump standyne I am out of time how an I turn shaft coming out of motor with dot to dot coming out of the injection pump dot is on top and dot on injector pump dot on bottom when lines in window of injector are alined. If I bump starter it shot in dark hit or miss how can I turn180,on crankcase to aline the dots 450ccsse dozer sandyne injector pump

Take a big flat screwdriver 🪛 and turn the pump.be to hard to try and trun the motor

Is that a 188 or a 213 cu in engine? My 580 b Case tractor motor looks just like that. well maybe a little greasier. My inj pump on it leaks more than it uses!

It has a 213 we have a 310 case dozer with a 188. The guy that builds our pump is cheap and he ships. Going to be 475.00 to build this pump
