I saw one of these beauties parked in Pittsburgh, it was cream colored with rear fender skirts. Beautiful car, and very rare.

Door handle reminds me of opening my 1940's ice box. Even though I'm a Mopar guy at heart, she's a bute. I can appreciate a fine body, regardless of the make.

Nice .I've got 2 of these in black with a 383 in one and turbo 400 transmission..I daily drive it,,the other one has a 350 in it with a 5 speed..I found the 5 speed car in an old ladies barn..she said she paid $15 for it in 1972 and parked it in that barn..it had been there ever since.. but didn't have a drivetrain when I got it..I put the 350 & 5 speed in it

I think it's a Rochester carb and the engine should be a 216.

Have you ever rode in one upgraded ? Don't judge until u do ! 🤔

@@GMCTIM yeah...er...I can accept engine upgrade or ac unit inside. But I prefer when it has original style wheels and good old fashioned paint. Also I dislike choped suspension on classics.

@@oliverpetroski4205seems like we can agree.on a few things here. Like the guys in the video I'm an all original enthusiast not an expert 😜. So even an ac unit I would have issues with if it was not factory or dealer option. It's interesting what they said about aftermarket turn signals. I remember dad telling me that those were not always standard on cars but I understand why those would have been put in later. And of course no seatbelts but you're grandfathered in😎 Now that radio looks pretty original and I would love to hear how that sounds. Original _interior_ and paint color I would pay extra for. Would like to know more about the engine and the history though. I get the fact that anything that old has almost certainly been rebuilt. The old carburetor engines were made to run on lead gasoline which you can't buy anymore so what do you put in there?

I have a sports coupe fleetmaster, gas filler is in a different place, and has a back seat. Otherwise some car.
