@@PerryWarnock I liked the first Red Dead Redemption more. The second one just seemed to focus so much on realism that they forgot to make it fun. Because I had played the first one, the ending felt extremely anticlimactic because I knew certain people would still be alive. The last two Zelda games were perfectly fine but they didn't really bring anything new when it comes to open world games in general. And if we are talking even just in the Zelda series, I actually think A Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask are better games. I think you could even make a case for Twilight Princess and even Wind Waker. I really hated the weapon degredation in the new Zeldas and I REALLY missed the traditional dungeons. The shrines didn't make up for that at all with me

I've been playing surge 2 and I've gotta say that for a semi linear soulslike it's really frickin good. The combat is phenomenal, the gear and weapons are vast and fun to try different options and load outs...the story is subpar and the side quests are meh but the rewards are what makes it addictive. The way you get different gear and upgrade materials by targeting different parts of the enemy's body is like something I've never seen. It's not a game of chance or luck when it comes to loot... It's skill based. Honestly it's one of the best games I've played in a long time... Definitely in my top five. Y'all should really give it a try.

Surprised you missed off Subnautica, Cyberpunk 2077, Mass Effect, Watchdogs and Assassins Creed (Origins or Odyssey). Those are games that I return to often. Sleeping Dogs was a nice addition as I found that amazing. I would probably also have includes some top down games like Diablo II, V RIsing, Path of Exile, Riftbreaker. I also liked State of Decay II which is unsual for me as I tend to avoid zombie games.

Arkham knight is starting to age..on console where its 1080p and 30fps. Not on pc at 4k 120fps. The game looks absolutely incredible and holds up against todays games easily graphics wise.

I understand this list was in no particular order and it was just games you played, so if you haven't played it, you really need to play some of the early Halo series. It might not end up being as groundbreaking now as it was back then. But if there's going to be any first-person shooter on a list of greatest games, it's either got to be Half-Life or Halo a lot of the common tropes you see in first person shooters are because of both of these games. Otherwise awesome list for that. Really really good

I've been watching some of your videos. I enjoyed the list, but the script sometimes feel like it's AI generated, maybe it's when you are saying the same thing repeatedly or when you are saying very general surface-level stuff like when you talking about BG3 you mentioned "dungeons and dragons" like 3 times in under a minute, like, we get it man xD I'd say we have pretty similar tastes tho. GJ overall, made me want to try Mankind Divided after letting it sit on my library for so long. Thanks for the video. You should try Persona 5 or the Royal edition if you haven't!

Without Fallout New Vegas, Skyrim or any of the FarCry series this list is useless. Witcher 3 was far far better than it's predecessors yet for me the lack of it being first person and the poor combat mechanics ruined it for me. The graphics and artwork in that game however are just visually stunning. Portal and Portal 2 should receive mention as well.
