I alway feel like I am intruding on a private conversation when I listen to your podcast. You are so easygoing and the flow so natural. No rehearsal but alway 👌 spot on. Grate range of topics. Well done 👍 to you all. Lovely guest. Keep moving forward.

What an amazing young girl, so open about her situation, I absolutely love her! A word of advice though, Chloe, please please take care of yourself too. Having worked as a psychotherapist for 25 yrs, self care is fundamental to continue doing what your doing Chloe. Well done. 🙏

Well done lads! Great podcast once again. Listening to Chloe and her story she’s a great example to show regardless of your socio-economic background we all suffer similar experiences and our thoughts are all very similar. James great recommendation on the book half way through it, it’s not an easy listen but a great insight into the mind body connection. 👏👏👏👏

The Two Norries and their guests are so relatable. Almost every episode has been on something, or at least very similar, that I have personally experienced as well. Having lost my hair, due to chemotherapy, which was extremely traumatic (that is, watching my hair fall out in chunks everytime I combed it. It affected my mental health so badly that I had myself believing that if I stopped combing my hair, it would stop falling out). I thought I would cry for weeks when I finally decided to eventually just shave it all off. To my surprise, my experience was vastly opposite to what I anticipated, I found it to be the single most liberating and empowering moment of my life (I was humbled, I learnt to love the skin I'm in and to embrace it) and to this day have not cried a single tear over it. With body dysmorphia severely on the rise, I feel that if society started normalizing EVERYTHING natural we would have no choice but to love one another for who we truly are, "BEAUTY IS SKINDEEP", and Chloe, your inner beauty shines through, BRIGHTLY. Well done on another great podcast. PS: I'd happily put my hand up to assist with admin and to get to work with such an amazing team 😉

Hugest respect ✊ Ilona, and 100000% correct .... Normalisation is the way forward .... end stigma and freeing the world of cosmetic and material capital would make the world a beautiful place.... The Norries should get the Freedom of the City .....
