Haha yup its the "free" way to get diving fins in the province! Plywood with pieces of rubber nailed to it.

Thanks! I think it's called an outrigger boat. But the Filipino word for boat is bangka so that's what people call them haha

Hello, thanks for the question! As of now I don't have any plans to use it for tourist purposes. Only personal at the moment. But who knows what the future holds! Full of possibility!
