Luke if you really want to catch more fish and crustaceans try fishing the same spots over and over again I have been fishing Apollo bay vic pier for 2 years and at first I caught nothing now I’ve landed 40-50cm salmon, huge snapper like 4-6kg snapper, no mater if you have years of experience local knowledge is key ask around find spots where others often succeed! 😁😁😁

Mate get the 7 eleven fuel app you’ll save yourself a save coin when fueling up. There’s stations all over metro perth and the southwest, also if your chasing salmon head to bunker bay in the tinny and trawl up a down the north end of the beach 50-100m offshore and ul get fish. There’s a beach boat ramp at rocky point nearby or launch from the dunsy boat ramp. Nice place for the Mrs to chill with the kids. straight of from dun bay boat ramp you can also get squid just scour the weed patches. We enjoy your channel and get lots of laughs. 👊

Some good advice for catching crays is go where people don’t go because if you go near a jetty they are usually high attraction areas and easy to access so generally fished out.

luke i saw your last vid with you having trouble to catch bait fish i would recomend u use a sabiki rig all you have to do is jerk the line up and let it drop down with a sinker at the bottem of the rig and you catch bait fish its pretty much a lure you dont need bait but if u want to you can put bait on it

im from WA and I have 10 years free diving experience and the diving in the southern parts of Australia are very different to the top parts. down that way you will only find red crays and you often fin them in deeper water around 6 to 12 meters in deep caves or cracks if you want to find susses I would recommend buying a dive torch and cray loop it also wouldn't hurt speaking to local dive shops in the area and asking for areas that you can find crays while shore diving. also I would recommend diving with a speargun down that way the sharks can be very friendly and will harass you for you catch.

Use a bag with fish heads the cray fish love it there claws get stuck in the bag and you can swim down to get them here in South Africa it’s a bit of delicacy my dad is a certified diver then you just wait for them to go to the bag then grab them
