The Fairytale at Efteling opened in 1952, and its fairytales are much closer to the original stories than anything Disney puts out, and it has music too.

There is free water available. You probably just missed it. Next time ask a park employee. For instance there is a free water station near Symbolica and at 'De Ganzenhoedster' on the Anton Pieck square. Or flll your water bottle at one of the taps inside the toilet buildings. It is all safe to drink.

Efteling is not for you. You better go to a park with thrill rides, like Walibi / 6 flags.

Lockers are a convenience but not mandatory. We often use them just to stash our backpacks when we don't need them. You'll get your euro back. If you don't have any coins you can try the shops in the area to exchange. Most people use Gondoletta just to eat some lunch. It's basically 20 minutes of chilling. And yeah those return machines for "statiegeld" are a nuisance. They'll probably get better with time. Hopefully. Too bad that dragon "easilly aggitated" didn't work. It's an old animatronic that aged suprisingly well. The swinging ship is surprisingly doable in the center but it's a different thing when you're on one of the edges. It's one of the biggest swinging ships in the world (if not the biggest) and definitely a bucket list attraction. Bonus points for including Aquanura. Efteling darkrides generally have no real story. They are mostly just experiences with a small amount of lore.

Why go to any park if you don't have time? For many it is a reason to come back and explore more. No offense, but Efteling is a park with nostalgia and to relax.

well the fairytale forest uses a lot of classical music as well not just efteling unique music most of the rides however do have efteling unique music
