Where did you get your ticket like the Omni and colosseum?

I bought the omni card online, and collected it from the Lateran basilica. This included the ticket for the colosseum, but I reserved my time slot online

Planning a visit this summer, will probably be spending roughly around 48 hours too 😂 definitely really want to visit the colosseum, Vatican city and baths of Caracalla. How do the metros work? Is it the same as London tubes?
