As a uni student, one thing I recommend is not using a phone in the morning like until10 am. For me it was a game changer bc I usually wake up at 4:30 am and go to bed at 9pm which means I can spend 5 hours without using my phone!

I permanently detoxed, I deleted Insta, TikTok and Snapchat. I’m left only with KZbin and Pinterest. I’ve never been more able to focus and just live. The psychological effects I hated are slowly leaving, and ones I never realized were alive in my being have died. It is lonely but in a very healthy way.
