You are eating the cendol in the wrong way...must mix up well so the gula melaka(palm sugar) will give the taste...

It's funny watching you eating with your hand, as someone who's born and raise in Malaysia the last half century, I've never eaten Nasi Lemak or any rice dishes with my hands 😂😂. Also few other comments are correct about mixing up drinks and Cendol completely before consuming for all flavors to come together.
