Are these services reliable? We are planning to visit Kuala Lumpur around April và would love to discover the city. Thanks!
@ShizuCatt2 жыл бұрын
@@billlee4736 I'm sorry but don't know if the services is reliable or not but I would assume it is reliable. The thing I want you to take note of is the month you're planning to visit, so Malaysia is a Country with the majority of people are Muslim and in the upcoming month which is mid march and mid April, they'll have Ramadhan. Most local Muslim food hawkers and some restaurant may not be open during the morning and afternoon. On the bright side you will enjoy the bazaar and iftar buffet which would be a very good experience. And if you're still in Malaysia late april, you can experience the EID in too. Personally I would not think Ramadhan and restaurant closing a problem as you still have Chinese and Indian restaurant and of course mamak. But yeah just a heads up for you guys if you're planning to visit Malaysia in between mid march till April. 😁

Congratulations! You have only scratched the surface of Malaysian cuisine. Your food tour covered mainly Chinese Malaysian cuisine. There are also Indian and Malay cuisine to be discovered. After that, there are regional cuisine like Kelantanese, Northern and Sarawakian cuisine that can be found in specific authentic restaurants. And Malaysian twists on Western cuisine like the Ramly burger and spicy Aglio Olio. Food variety is not a problem here.
@stockiezen2 жыл бұрын
Great coverage for Malaysian Chinese cuisine. There are still traditional Malay, Indian and mixed-culture cuisine! You can never complete the trial of all food in Malaysia. Even if you go to region, there will be special delicacies to northen, east coast, southern, sabah and sarawak!
@linustw2 жыл бұрын
There were not all chinese cuisine friends. Many nyonya cuisine, fusion of malays and chinese, south east asian flavours and etc... Balik apam is not chinese. Abc ice is not chinese Curry laksa is not chinese Assam laksa definitely not chinese. There are uniquely straits food or fusion food.

Malaysia has a lot of good food. Mainly because there are different cultures. When these cultures fused it creates a new version of taste. For example if you talk about Nasi Lemak there are Malay version of Nasi Lemak, Chinese version of Nasi Lemak and Indian version of Nasi Lemak and if you go to Malacca they have this Peranakan Baba Nyonya version of Nasi Lemak...this goes the same to Apam Balik delicacy in this video. We do have varieties of Malay Apam Balik and Chinese version of Apam Balik in several States.

Whereby KL chinatown a bit sad nothing much of thechinese stalls like bangkok. The only thing i love KL chinatown is too many hidden gem foods there. Really fabulous ❤️ The Asam laksa that you tried is my favorite Asam Laksa in KL. I quite like their curry laksa too. The owner really generous cos their noodle content so much of ingredients meat in there. Theres a grill seafoods stall in chinatown also next to the RHB bank. Thats alos my favorite but im not sure if the stall still there or not. Cos my last visited that place almost 7yrs ago. OMG… your tour brought u all my favorite stalls and food. The Yong Tau Foo the best in KL 😘 ImYou make me miss Malaysian foods now. Too bad im in NYC now🤷♂️ I hope you guys enjoy all these Malaysian authentic cuisine.
