My mom always tells the story of my 6'4 dad carrying me through the kitchen as a baby and smacking my forehead on the door frame by accident. This is the same dad who let me topple completely out of my wagon as a toddler (as he was pulling it down the street and harshly turned a corner)... took me as a six-year-old little girl to get my ears pierced at the darkest, most goth, scary tattoo shop he could have possibly chosen (I came home not only with little pink flowers in my ears but temporary tattoos all over my arms and legs of spiders and skulls and cars and fire)... brought me to demolition derbies when mom was out of town, wedging an old pair of (grown man's size) weed-whacking headphones he'd brought from the home garage over my ears to protect me from the loud noises. Needless to say, dads do it differently. But this is also the man who taught me to drive, still holds my hand in the grocery store even now that I'm 22, tells me I'm beautiful even when I don't believe it, and always says yes whenever I ask for a big, long hug. Eamon, you're doing a great job, and you'll be Frankie's protector forever. There are things moms will be better at, perhaps even things mom does that dad can't get quite right... but dads and their dad-activities (haha, so to speak) are something moms just can't always replicate. You guys are the cutest little family!

This reminded me of when my son’s were babies and brought back a lot of precious memories. Eamon, I can’t imagine how you can literally just chop off your hair and it turns out looking great every time! ❤👍

I loved this video. Eamon, I have so much respect and admiration for you. It’s so awesome that experienced the life of a mom, but she couldn’t do it without you too. Parenting is a two-person blessed job.

Frankie is the cutest baby. She could definitely model for baby products 🥰

I agree with you! She is every bit as cute or cuter than the Gerber Baby! 🥰 Maybe pay her to be the model for Habit! 😆🥰👍🏻

It's a hilarious video! But as a mom myself, the final part, the reunion of Frankie and Bec... It brought tears to my eyes. Hugs, family!

After dinner on day one when Eamon told Frankie he needed to clean her up, I was expecting him to take her down to the lake for a dunk. It seemed like such an Eamon thing to do... Good work dad! 👋

Yesterday was my 24th birthday and of course I woke up with strep throat. Needless to say when I woke up today and watched this I felt a whole lot better.

Ok, this video should have gotten more views. It’s such a sweet story of a dad’s love for his daughter. Great job, Eamon. Love everything about this video. I’m not a parent so I won’t even try to understand but this video, imo, shows the full picture of parenting. Love love. Sending love of kisses to your sweet family ❤

Sunscreen is super important!! You want to buy the best ones you can but it is literally life saving!! It also saves a lot of trips to the dermatologist later in life!!

@lilac24H definitely! I lost my Dad to Melononma at 70. The sun is brutal in Australia. I wouldn't go without it these days, we know what damage it can do.

Eamon Did a great job of spending 48 hours alone with Frankie! I guess that shows him what hard work being a mom can be. Lol you are both great parents. I love the video, and I must say, I’m so glad he cut off the blonde! What a handsome brunette man!! Welcome home Bec!!❤

Respect to all the single mums or dads who do this every day. They don't get enough praise. That was me in 90's. It's mentally and physically demanding. Great job, Eamon. It's a lot harder when u don't have another adult around. That's why raising babies and families is meant for 2 parents with a little help from relatives or the local community. So please if u know someone who's struggling, offer some support.

@@John-co6mo this why I don’t like. The way he use SOLO parenting like this at all it’s not okay because it’s completely out of contact and everything

@John-co6mo I love what you said. It was tough being home with two. I did not venture out like all parents do. I had issues. But I’m so proud of these single parents that can do dbl what I could,

I love that idea with the necklace and ring!! So special to see her playing with it. My mum was gifted a necklace when she was 12, wore it everyday until she got married. She gifted it to me for my 12th, it's so special!!

That baby breeza formula maker is the best thing we bought for our baby. lol also, we got her a sound machine and she sleeps in her room in her crib. You’re doing great Eamon! Frankie is a dolly. Ours is teething now too. It’ll get better We give her infant Tylenol when it get very very bad and then ice in a food sucker cause it helps her gums

If you had watched their previous videos you would see that they do normally put a life jacket on Frankie. He didn’t get off the boat or go far at all. She basically wasn’t even out of his sight, and from where she was there was no way she would have gone overboard. She was completely safe.
