Totally 💯 livable. Owners have exquisite California Los Angeles taste. Not overdone like so many homes in this range. Security would have to be optimal though. Views take my breath away. Natural stone is stunning. ✨💕🎈

Completely agree. As I also posted, it's a 30 mil home at the top end, maximum. The asking price is completely absurd, but it's definitely deserving of over the 10-15 mil others here are thinking, given the general Hollywood Hills/Sunset area.
