Honestly 11m is a reasonable price for that place, compared to the rediculous prices that apartments in new york have

For land overlooking a National Park, where development is prohibited and the view is indefinitely protected, $11M is actually a nice listing price, especially considering it will be negotiated a bit lower. I'd prefer it as a modern-contemporary estate, though. The materials used here are opulent, but the completed overall design is T-A-C-K-Y. That padded striped wall is going to give me night terrors. That being said, it's time for me to get back to vacuuming my one-bedroom apartment.

It's been 5 years and I wouldn't be surprised if that palace is still for sale. This is what happens when you build a house thinking only in your personal preferences. It's a beautiful house, the materials are extraordinary but who wants to live in a place like that? 11M makes me think they are having a lot of trouble selling that house.

I like the realtor saying "thank you." You didn't do anything, pal! But he seems like a nice guy. And she's - uh, VERY huggable. I love that this palatial estate still sits in the Burbank Airport flightpath. So your outdoor serenity sits in between Southwest departures. Lol... Not my cup of tea, this home - but impressive. And as you guys mentioned - a similiar price to the West Hollywood house that is MUCH smaller. Location, indeed.

This is my favorite of many of the homes you have toured. This was classy timeless elegance style and craftmanship. This would be a fabulous deal for the right buyer. Wonderful place for a family. The study office is perfect . Master with his and her bathrooms and closets are a must have.. Popcorn and cupholders and hidden projector are musts for the home theater as well as this seating. This is my dream home so far. Excellent views. I dont recall a wine cellar.....

The pool seems kinda small, the view isn't that great, since you are looking at dirt/grass hills, and 2mil on lights seems like a waste of money since you are paying 11mil for that place. If I was buying 11mil property, I would definitely be a lot more pickier and compare this with other similar priced properties.
