Most Americans seem to make a New Year’s Resolution to lose weight, so today, Sue Becker delivers some good news to those who feel that cutting whole grains from their diet may help them obtain this goal.
Sue reveals a study, performed at the University of Kentucky, which shows that by adding whole grains (freshly milled at home) to our diets, we are more likely to lose weight, while also lowering our cholesterol, correcting blood sugar levels, and reversing multiple bowel issues.
