എനിക്ക് ഡിപ്രെഷൻ ആണ്. ഞാൻ joli ചെയ്യുന്ന പകുതിക്ക് വെച്ച്ച് നിർത്തി ബെഡ്ൽ പോയി കിടക്കും..പിന്നെ കുറച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു ആ ജോലി continue ചെയ്യും.. പിന്നെ സ്റ്റിച്ചിങ് ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്.. ചില ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ സ്റ്റിച്ചിങ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഇത് ശരിയായോ എന്ന് സംശയം തോന്നുകയും enikk ശരിയായി എന്ന് ഉറപ്പ് വരും വരെ സ്റ്റിച്ച് പൊട്ടിച്ചു വീണ്ടും തയ്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.. നല്ല വൃത്തിയിൽ പല്ല് തുടച്ചിരുന്ന ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോൾ പല്ല് തുടച്ചു പെട്ടന്ന് തന്നെ നിർത്തിക്കളയും.ഉറക്കം വരാൻ കുറച്ചു ലേറ്റ് ആകുന്നു.ചില സമയത്ത് വിഷമം തോന്നുന്നു.. മൊബൈലിൽ വീഡിയോസ് കാണുമ്പോൾ അതിലേക്ക് ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല.. അതിൽ പറയുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ പകുതി ശ്രദ്ധിച്ച ശേഷം automatic ആയി എന്റെ ചിന്ത വേറെ പല കാര്യങ്ങളിലേക്കും ആകുകയും അതിൽ ശ്രദ്ധ കൊടുക്കാൻ പറ്റാതെയും ആകുന്നു.മെഹന്ദി ഇടാനും ചിത്രം വരയ്ക്കാനുമൊക്കെ അറിയാം.കുക്കിംഗ്‌ ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്..മുമ്പൊക്കെ cinema കാണുമ്പോൾ ഒരുപാട് santhosham തോന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ സിനിമ കാണുമ്പോൾ മുമ്പത്തെ അത്ര സന്തോഷം കിട്ടുന്നില്ല.മൊബൈൽ യൂട്യൂബ് വീഡിയോസ് നോക്കുമ്പോൾ അതിൽ ലോഡിങ് ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ കാത്തു നിൽക്കാനുള്ള ക്ഷമ കിട്ടുന്നില്ല.. ദോശ ചുടുമ്പോൾ അത് വേവാൻ വേണ്ടി കാത്തിരിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല.. വേവാൻ വേണ്ടി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത് അങ്ങോട്ടും ഇങ്ങോട്ടും നടക്കുന്നു.2 വർഷമായി തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട്.. ഗുളിക തുടർച്ചയായി 2 വർഷമായി കഴിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.. ഇനി rokham മാറ്റാൻ വേണ്ടി വേറെ എന്തൊക്കെയാണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്.. വിഷാദ rokham പൂർണമായി മാറ്റാൻ പറ്റുമോ

എനിക്ക് എപ്പോഴും സന്തോഷം ഇല്ലായിമ സമാധാനം ഇല്ലായ്മ. വല്ലാത്ത പേടി. രാത്രിയാണ് ഇത് കൂടുതലും ഉണ്ടാവാറ്. വീട്ടുകാരെ വിട്ട് പുറത്ത് ജോലിക് പോവാൻ പേടി. കുറച്ച് സംസാരിക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ ക്ഷീണം അനുഭവപ്പെടും 🙂🙂 വല്ല മരുന്നും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ മാറ്റായിരുന്നു
