If you have the budget for a 1 mil home buy a $700k home and use the rest to make it look like the model home and add a swimming pool to top it off . That way you get everything you want instead of buying just a million dollar hole just to get something bigger and feel like you had to compromise on stuff .

Can you tell me the interior paint color for this call? We are in the design process with this exact same model.

I am not sure what the paint color is.. but your designer should be able to look up the 4891 model in San Antonio and find all the upgrades. Chances are they have updated paint colors since this home was built but the designer can find something for you. Congrats on buying a great plan!
