485x Registration Notice 6/14/2024

The 485x program, enacted in April of 2024, allows projects with a construction start date from 6/15/2022 and forward to qualify.
The program requires that a Registration Notice be filed within 6 months of starting construction.
Failure to file the Registration Notice timely, will incur penalty fees that can amount to 100% of the filing fee cost.
