Yes, all these murders are such tragedy, but also about the person who did all this, what I saw, hearded from his memories, he had childish trauma, from his relation to his own mother, this is one of the terrible things, because of such an injury, pain, a person can have very dark consequences, includind to the form to become a monster 😔

Those same judges rule that police officers' personal information not only isn't protected, but must be released to the public on request. Setting aside opinions on bad policing and folks who should never be in the profession - this means that their families and homes are targeted by activists. One of our local sheriffs home address was exposed and someone put a bullet through the window of the family car. He wasn't in it - his wife and kids were. Thankfully nobody was hurt in that instance but it certainly raises some questions for judges to decide they are too precious to be exposed but then rule that other justice workers are expendable.

@@frankyhonnolus5528Your offspring owe you *nothing.* *You chose to bring these kids into the world.* Your adult offspring are *not* a “retirement plan.” One of the two most important tasks we have as parents (protection/care comes first) is to raise our children to become INdependent adults, not foster DEpendence. There are plenty of services in the event you need assistance with aging, many of them free of charge. I would NEVER expect my adult kids to provide my care. They need to be out in the world *having their own lives,* making their own choices, partnering with whom ever they want and raising my grandkids as they wish to do. Knock off the entitled attitude.

@@tundrawomansays694 I totally agree, in our culture, children are not a retirement plan (though in some cultures they still are). If you want to have kids, you need to plan to provide for them, and then later, provide for yourself as you age. I disagree that there are many services free of charge. I was involved in looking at places for my grandma, the low cost/no cost options are few and far between and not very nice. People need to plan to provide for themselves.

I've worked on getting laws passed, and unfortunately you're mostly competing against lobbyists of major corporations. Data collection makes a lot of money, so a law that protects everyone's personal information would never get passed unless you had millions of people on standby to protest. You have to start small, this law covers public officials like politicians, judges, police officers, and their immediate family members. Over time with enough backlash from the average citizens (numbers v.s. money) the law will most likely be revised. If the judge fought for everyone at the start the bill would've died in committee, and we'd never be able to make progress. It sucks, but that's how our system works.

Yes, I'm a mother and my heart ached💔 literally, and I had a baby brother named Daniel that was killed by Covid. I didn't expect this...😢😢 I'm Latina, and I've traveled through certain places in the United States while in the military, and received death threats, just because of my ethnicity. I wonder if that had anything to do with the attack on Judge Salas' family.

Exactly. We never open the door for anyone we don't know. They can use disguises, uniforms, flowers, etc. A few years ago, I opened my door for my cat & there was a young woman there, asking for $20.00! Closed door quickly. Another person knocked at night, once at 11 pm, asking for money. I didn't open door & called police, who couldn't find him. The Ring cameras are invaluable.

Idk, the other found names indicate to me that he was not really done. I think the judge's child wasn't his actual target, he wanted HER. But she wasn't on the door and he had to pull through anyway. Which is probably what led to his 'early' suicide instead of going on with his absolutely sick rampage. It's just a detail in this gruesome case and doesn't change anything, but that's how I figured this went down.

Except your type of wording doesn’t really discourage overly emotional males from comm!tting cr!mes. But those types of males might be discouraged if we told them that any time a male (or anyone) is v!olent, then he is showing everyone that he is so emotional to the point of being v!olent; that he failed to control his emotions, and that he chose to be a rab!d p!g. Calling a cr!minal a ‘monster’ would only flatter the cr!minal, so it is ineffective at dissuading any overly emotional male that read your comment. Of course you’re free to keep describing things with the type of wording you used in your comment, but, I guessed you might appreciate a different approach. (And yes, there is a difference between 1) having emotions, 2) being emotional and 2) being overly emotional to the point of comm!tting cr!mes).
